the room was not only sparsely decorated but also uncomfortable, and i found it hard to believe there was no kettle—what is this, the dark ages? also, after a fire alarm, the elderly couple on the 8th floor had to walk DOWN, which is simply absurd for their age. i almost woudl ve given a good review, but i just couldn’t.
